TO OUR CUSTOMERS:
On Saturday, November 19th from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 12:30 p.m. the power will need to be turned off in Telegraph Creek as crews have completed the system upgrades and will return to normal configuration.
We apologize for the inconvenience this power outage may cause, however these necessary upgrades could not be performed with the lines energized.
BC Hydro would like to thank customers for their patience and understanding. Crews will work to restore regular service as quickly as can be accomplished safely.
BC Hydro encourages customers to turn off all appliances and electronics
– especially portable electric heaters – during an outage. When power is restored, please wait approximately one hour before multiple appliances are used, to allow the system time to stabilize.
