On July 26, the Tahltan Band community came together to honour the achievements of our 2025 graduates, from kindergarten to post-secondary. This special evening was filled with meaningful moments and joyous celebration.
A Proud Beginning
The event began with a grand entrance, as graduates walked in with pride and excitement. This was followed by a moving candlelight ceremony.
Words of Inspiration
Chief Richard Jackson delivered an inspiring speech, reminding everyone of the strength, perseverance, and bright futures embodied by the graduates. His words set the tone for the night and uplifted all in attendance.
Joyful Moments and Community Spirit
Throughout the evening, families shared warm embraces and captured precious memories. Graduates of all ages celebrated together, striking fun poses and exchanged smiles. One of the highlights was the cake-cutting part, where graduates gathered to mark this important milestone.
Celebration and Dance
The ceremony was followed by a shared dinner to close out the night.
The 2025 Graduation Ceremony was a heartfelt celebration of Tahltan strength, unity, and the bright future carried by our graduates. Congratulations to each of you for your hard work and spirit!
