Tahltan Mobile Support Team
This program provides community members access to mental health professionals who provide a full spectrum of holistic, culturally appropriate counselling services for individuals, families and groups. The mental health program also plays an educational role, ensuring that members have access to mental health-related information and resources.
We offer mental health counselling and deliver the National Native Alcohol Drug Abuse Program, which provides alcohol and drug counselling for members.

Aboriginal Headstart Program
The Aboriginal Head Start Program supports early intervention strategies to address the learning and developmental needs of young children living on-reserve. The programming is centered around six components: education; health promotion; culture and language; nutrition; social support; and parental/family involvement.
This program is delivered to children from the age of 3 up to when they enter kindergarten. Children in the program are given opportunities to develop self-confidence and a greater desire for learning.

Home and Community Care
The goal of the Home and Community Care Program is to help Elders, people with chronic illness, or anyone incapacitated or with limited mobility due to acute injuries, remain in their homes and in the community as long as possible.
